IAPMO Makes New Tentative Interim Amendment
ONTARIO, Calif. — In accordance with the IAPMO Regulations Governing Committee Projects, IAPMO to announced that a Tentative Interim Amendment to the 2015 edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code is being submitted for public comment.
TIA UMC 003-15 revises text in section 1206.1 of the UMC regarding pressure and temperature relief valves.
IAPMO invites all interested parties to review the proposed TIA on the IAPMO website under Uniform Mechanical Code / Proposed TIAs and respond by filling out the comment forms located here.
The deadline to submit a comment is Jan. 20. Completed forms may be faxed to the Codes department at 909-472-4246.
