Latest HVAC Restoration, Retrofit Tech Featured at AHR Expo Booth 5671

Each year tens of thousands of HVAC, plumbing and energy professionals gather at the AHR Expo to learn about new products, services and standards being introduced to their respective trades. Pure Air Control Services, Inc. will be showcasing its services for HVAC restoration plus IAQ testing and analysis in booth 5671.

AHR Expo 2020 will be held Feb. 3-5 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Three specialized divisions

Each division of Pure Air Control Services will be featured in the booth utilizing a variety of cutting-edge technology including an interactive touch-screen kiosk that allow users to access the company’s full website, videos and product information as well as hands-on demonstrations of HVAC New Life restoration and the new ECM Fan Wall retrofit.

Building Remediation Sciences will be demonstrating the benefits of the PURE-Steam AHU/Coil cleaning process and its HVAC New Life hygienic restoration service with ECM Fan Wall, as well as PURE-Duct cleaning.

PURE-Steam and HVAC New Life with ECM Fan Wall

The centerpiece of the Pure Air Control Services booth is the PURE-Steam/HVAC New Life demonstration unit and the Q-Pac ECM Fan Wall retrofit. Attendees can view the results of PURE-Steam coil cleaning by observing a side-by-side comparison of a coil cleaned with the innovative process and one that has only been superficially cleaned with a conventional chemical rinse. Blowers push air through each side and real-time readings for cubic and linear feet per minute are taken and displayed via an iPad. The demo unit has been finished with HVAC New Life’s PURE-Liner 2.0 and PURE-Coat water-resistant and antimicrobial coatings. So, guests can touch and feel the durability of these high-tech finishes.

Also, on display is the energy-saving ECM Fan Wall retrofit form Q-Pac. the fan array is a high-efficiency, zero-redundancy replacement for old belt-driven and direct-drive motors. Each fan wall is built to spec with BACnet capabilities and eliminates high-energy bills and costly maintenance.

Building Sciences will be introducing a new real-time building monitoring service called IAQ Guard. IAQ Guard uses remote monitoring sensors, strategically placed through the building envelope, to constantly log data on temperature, relative humidity, CO2, particulates and VOC. The information is sent to a cloud-based dashboard where Building Sciences team members can monitor it for any anomalies and then proactively take corrective actions should an issue arise.

Environmental Diagnostics Laboratory will be available to discuss its legionella testing, MIC testing, product efficacy test chamber and other support services. The test chamber can simulate a variety of indoor environmental conditions and have stimuli introduced into it to evaluate outcomes.

Win a YETI cooler

Pure Air Control Services is also giving away a YETI Roadie 20 cooler in its booth. Business cards, badges scans, online signups and handwritten entry forms will all be aggregated after the Expo and one random winner will be drawn.
