REHAU Welcomes Tim Greer as New Academy Manager for Building Solutions Division

REHAU, a provider of polymer-based mechanical and plumbing solutions, has appointed Tim Greer as the new academy training manager for its building solutions division for the United States and Canada. In this role, Greer will lead training and educational initiatives focused on advancing the skilled application and maximizing the benefits of REHAU’s PEXa piping system across residential, commercial and municipal applications.

Greer brings two decades of industry experience in technical training instruction and leadership roles. He has held significant training and product development positions at leading companies such as Rinnai (tankless water heaters/boilers), GE (Oil & Gas), JCI (York HVAC), Rheem and Grundfos. His extensive background, which began as a technician and evolved into management roles in training, commercial development and product management, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the mechanical and plumbing landscape.

Greer holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and an associate degree in electronics, complemented by a project management certification from CompTIA and a CPTD from the Association for Talent Development.
