Mechanical Contractors Association of America Launches Mental Health Committee

Mechanical Contractors Association of America has launched a new national committee, the MCAA Mental Health Committee. The committee will bring together passionate and dedicated leaders focused on advancing mental health awareness and suicide prevention across the mechanical contracting industry.

The committee has been charged with establishing best practices by reviewing industry data, communicating effective strategies and developing vital mental health resources. Operating under the MCAA Safety Excellence Initiative, the committee will also play a pivotal role in planning and executing the new UA/MCAA Mental Health Summit, ensuring mental health remains a priority for all UA and MCAA members.
