Press Ring Kit Increases Functionality, Speed and Safety for HVAC/R Installs
Rapid Locking System has introduced RLS Powered by REMS Press Ring Kits at AHR 2026. The new kits allow contractors to utilize easy, quick-to-connect press fittings in tighter confines that cannot accommodate soldering and brazing, or the standard size of RLS press tool jaws.
The kits are compatible with the RLS 24kN and 32kN press tools. Built from specially hardened steel for a long service life, the kits offer consistent, reliable connections and deliver a flameless, faster alternative to brazing.
The kits feature a pivoting ring design that is the perfect solution for tight-clearance applications. Difficult install locations, such as behind units, in hard-to-maneuver mechanical rooms and the limited mobility of a ceiling space, can all be made manageable with the REMS Press Ring Kits.
