IEC Air Handling Unit Delivers Modular Flexibility, Proven Performance

International Environmental Corporation introduces the AHY air handling unit, a modular indoor air handling solution engineered to deliver cost-effective performance and flexible configuration options. Designed for constant volume and VAV applications, the AHY unit is well-suited for environments such as educational facilities, commercial offices, healthcare buildings and retail spaces.

Designed for both new construction and retrofit projects, the air handling unit features a compact modular design that adapts easily to varying jobsite conditions while providing efficient comfort cooling and heating. Airflow capacities range from 3,000 to 10,000 CFM.

AHY’s modular construction allows sections to be factory-assembled or shipped in modules for on-site assembly, providing greater installation flexibility in buildings with limited access. With a maximum module length of 33 inches, the units can be maneuvered through standard doorways, simplifying installation in tight mechanical spaces. The AHY unit features one-inch double-wall, foam-injected panels with R-6.5 thermal efficiency, along with direct-drive plenum fans with EC motors that deliver efficient airflow and simplified service access.
