Navien Reopens New Jersey Training Academy With New Hands-On Experience
Navien held a grand opening event for its upgraded New Jersey Training Academy. The dedicated East Coast facility enhances Navien’s training capabilities and provides contractors, distributors, sales representatives and other industry professionals with greater access to hands-on education and technical resources.
The grand opening event gave attendees an opportunity to tour the new facility and its two expanded classrooms, experience a hands-on training environment featuring Navien products across plumbing, HVAC and water treatment, and connect with key stakeholders supporting Navien’s business across North America.
Designed as a working environment rather than simply a classroom, the New Jersey Training Academy will provide opportunities for participants to work directly with Navien products and technologies. Training will incorporate installation, commissioning, operation, diagnostics and troubleshooting exercises designed to reflect real-world applications and job-site conditions. The Academy will support training across Navien’s growing portfolio while providing a platform for professionals to learn about new technologies and applications. Its programs will evolve alongside Navien’s product offerings and the needs of the industry.
Training at the New Jersey Academy is available to:
- HVAC and plumbing contractors
- Installers and service technicians
- Distributor and wholesaler representatives
- Sales representatives
- Industry professionals who carry, or are interested in carrying, Navien products
- Invited participants in dedicated programs for specific partners or distributors
In addition to regularly scheduled public courses, Navien provides customized or dedicated training programs for distribution partners, contractor groups and strategic partners. Beyond product training, the Academy is intended to become a regional hub where industry professionals can exchange field experience, discuss market developments, explore emerging technologies and work directly with Navien technical teams.
Navien will start holding public training classes at the New Jersey Training Academy on Oct. 20. For more information about Navien Training Academy courses, schedules and registration, visit Navien’s Training Academy training calendar at navieninc.com.
