CASPR Technologies Introduces New HVAC Division

CASPR Technologies introduced its new HVAC division, which will build manufacturing partnerships and
sales networks to bring the company’s disinfection technology to multiple industries.

CASPR’s natural catalytic converter technology uses safe levels of gaseous hydrogen
peroxide to continuously disinfect air and surfaces, providing an additional layer of
protection against viruses, bacteria and other pathogens. Additionally, the
implementation of its systems can reduce energy usage through outside air
reduction, reduce absenteeism and increase productivity. The technology has already
been widely deployed in facilities across the United States, and now this new division
will extend the company’s ability to create safer and healthier interior environments.

With the launch of the division, the company also seeks sales partners who have established
relationships with facility managers, contractors and ownership groups in markets such
as healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial real estate and others.
