Bolt Electric Storage Water Tanks Integrate with Aegis Heat Pump Water Heaters
Lync, a Watts brand, introduces Bolt electric storage water tanks that complement its Aegis CO2 heat pump water heaters to create an integrated hot water solution that meets the electrification initiatives of commercial facilities. The combined solution delivers optimal energy savings and lower operating costs in a variety of new and retrofit commercial facilities.
The Bolt electric storage water tank supplements the Aegis heat pump water heaters, due to an all-LDX stainless steel construction that supports higher temperatures, as well as eliminates the need for anode rods. Additionally, Bolt is wrapped with R-22 insulation made of fiberglass without formaldehyde that ensures minimal thermal losses. This makes Bolt ideal for use in high-temperature electrification applications in which Aegis can be designed into.
Tanks are available in 250- and 500-gallon sizes. For outdoor installations in temperate climates, an optional 1/8” thick Rhino Lining coating provides a durable monolithic, protective barrier against abrasion, moisture, corrosion and impact. Bolt has a warranty of 25 years.
