Greenheck Offers Air-Source Heat Pump on More RTU and DOAS Models

Greenheck has expanded its air-source heat pump offering to additional tonnages across its model RT packaged rooftop units and model RV and RVE dedicated outdoor air system units to further support electrification and decarbonization initiatives. The air-source heat pump provides all-electric heating and cooling and is engineered to operate in temperatures as low as 0 F. The ASHP option is now selectable on the RT-40 rooftop unit in 6.5, 7 and 10 ton sizes, broadening the RT with ASHP offering to cover capacities from 1,200-13,000 cfm, with 6.5 to 30 tons of ASHP or packaged DX capacity, and options for supplemental electric heat or indirect gas heating. For dedicated outdoor air systems, models RV-20 and RVE-20 are now available with ASHP from 3 through 7 tons, expanding the ASHP availability on models RV/RVE to capacities from 500-12,000 cfm, 3 to 30 tons of ASHP or packaged DX capacity, with supplemental or alternative electric heat, indirect gas and hot water/steam heating options.
Greenheck pre-engineered RT and RV/RVE units are specifically designed for temperature, humidity and ventilation control needs in a variety of commercial applications. All units are factory-tested and can be specified with a variety of options to meet a wide range of heating, cooling, dehumidification and ventilation requirements.
