Keynote Speaker Announced for CONNECT 2026
Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors–National Association announced Dr. Rick Goodman as the keynote speaker for PHCC CONNECT 2026, taking place Oct. 19-22 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Known for his high-energy presentations and leadership strategies, Dr. Goodman has spent more than 30 years helping organizations strengthen workplace culture, improve communication and inspire teams to achieve greater success. Dr. Goodman will present a keynote titled, “The Hidden ROI of Belonging: Building a Symphony of Talent in the Workplace.” His keynote presentation at CONNECT 2026 will focus on leadership, resilience and creating stronger connections within teams and organizations—topics especially relevant for today’s plumbing and HVACR contractors navigating workforce challenges and evolving business demands.
Hosted at the Baird Center, PHCC CONNECT 2026 will bring together plumbing and HVACR contractors from across the country for education, networking and business-building opportunities centered around this year’s theme, “Building Community. Advancing the Industry.”
PHCC CONNECT 2026 will feature three days of educational programming, networking opportunities and the Product & Technology Showcase, which will span Oct. 20-21. Additional conference highlights include the Opening Brew City Bash, a closing celebration at the Harley-Davidson Museum and an awards breakfast recognizing industry achievements.
