Navien Expands HVAC Portfolio With New NDF600 Condensing 2-Stage Gas Furnace
Navien announced the launch of the NDF600 Condensing 2-Stage Gas Furnace, a new gas furnace for contractors and homeowners alike.
Designed with both performance and serviceability in mind, the NDF600 combines 96% AFUE efficiency, two-stage operation and a variable-speed ECM blower motor to provide consistent indoor comfort while helping reduce energy consumption. The two-stage heating operation automatically adjusts output to match demand, minimizing temperature swings and delivering quieter operation than conventional single-stage furnaces.
The NDF600 was developed to simplify installation across a wide variety of residential applications. Its compact 34-inch cabinet, available in two widths, supports upflow, downflow, horizontal left and horizontal right installations from a single platform. Zero-clearance installation and modular blower and heat exchanger assemblies further reduce installation and service complexity, while integrated diagnostics help streamline maintenance.
Available in five models ranging from 50,000 to 105,000 BTU/h, the NDF600 is dual-fuel compatible for pairing with heat pumps and is certified for high-altitude applications, giving contractors the flexibility to specify the furnace across a broad range of installations.
