GENERAL HVAC Solutions America Introduces VU-7 Heat Recovery/Heat Pump Systems
GENERAL HVAC Solutions America has introduced the AIRSTAGE VU-7 line of heat pump and heat recovery system, representing the latest generation of three-phase VRF technology. Utilizing R-32 refrigerant, VU-7 systems offer improved performance, greater system and installation flexibility and improved sustainability profile compared to previous generations.
The versatile VU-7 outdoor units enable the VRF system to operate either as a heat pump or heat recovery system, with capacities ranging from 6 to 32 tons. It supports up to 16 indoor units on 6-ton systems and up to 64 indoor units on 24-ton systems and larger.
The system is available with a wide range of indoor unit models and capacities to meet many commercial application requirements. Options include wall-mounted units, compact cassettes, slim ducted units, multi-position air handling unit, circular flow cassettes, medium- and high-static ducted units and ceiling mounted units.

- Delivers certified efficiency ratings of up to 25.25 IEER, 12.3 EER and 12.5 SCHE
- Designed to perform in extreme climates throughout the year; delivers reliable and powerful heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -15 F and cooling in temperatures up to 126 F
- Generous external static pressure capability of up to 0.44 inches w.g. for outdoor units, facilitating a variety of mechanical rooms and ducted installations
- VU-7 outdoor units are available for both 208-230/3/60 and 460/3/60 electrical service
