According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, due to an aging generation of skilled professionals, more than a third of all plumbers (167K) will be exiting the workforce by 2016. The shortage of skilled professionals will arise at a crucial time where demand is expected to grow by 10 percent, primarily driven by construction growth.
