Danfoss Appoints Head of Sales & Business Development for Heating Business

Miha Kavcic has been appointed head of sales and business development at Danfoss in North America. In this role, Kavcic will be responsible for advancing the company’s business within the heating market—including energy-saving hydronic balancing and control, electric heating and combined heat and power solutions.

Kavcic has spent more than 15 years with Danfoss, most recently as vice president responsible for Danfoss’ global hydronic balancing and control product business. He also has extensive product management experience in global markets.

Kavcic holds an MBA from IEDC-Bled School of Management and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
