ACCA Kicks Off 2026 with Expanded Winter Training

The Air Conditioning Contractors of America is opening the new year with a robust winter training schedule designed to help HVACR professionals build momentum for 2026.

From foundational technical courses to strategic business development, ACCA’s winter lineup gives contractors the flexibility to invest in their teams when and how it works best.

New this winter: ACCA is expanding its library of on-demand training courses that contractors can access anytime, anywhere. These courses cover technical fundamentals, business operations and industry best practices — available 24/7 to fit any schedule or time zone.

This season also brings back live virtual favorites. The popular Design Essentials series returns with ACCA’s manager of HVACR design education, Ed Janowiak, leading contractors through residential load calculations and system design principles that translate directly to better installations and fewer callbacks. The new Commercial Sales Training Series is back with fresh sessions that dig deeper into negotiating skills and closing strategies for contractors ready to grow their commercial business.

Beyond technical training, ACCA is hosting a series of webinars focused on advocacy and emerging industry challenges. These sessions keep contractors connected to the policy changes, regulatory updates and business resources that directly impact their operations.
