Quilt Launches Quilt Tools, Remote Diagnostics for Ductless Heat Pumps

Quilt launched Quilt Tools, a partner platform that gives Quilt Certified Partners proactive alerting and remote diagnostics to know whether a system is actually broken before rolling a truck. Available to partners at tools.quilt.com, it is the first remote diagnostics system for ductless heat pumps. Quilt also relaunched its Quilt Certified Partner program, restructuring its three tiers around monthly install performance rather than purchase volume. Key features include:

• Proactive monitoring and remote diagnostics: Quilt Tool’s dashboard flags systems that need attention and the affected device while the issue is still small. It explains what happened and the likely cause in plain language.
• Partner-controlled alerts: Alerts go to the partner, not the homeowner, so partners decide when to make the call instead of reacting to one. This capability is attributed to Quilt’s software-first architecture, protected by a portfolio of issued and pending patents spanning predictive control algorithms, distributed system architecture and remote monitoring.
• Centralized partner workflow: The web app brings together Quilt-generated homeowner leads, order tracking and invoicing, sales and marketing resources, partner support and role-based access for team members.
• Performance-based partner program: Quilt’s Certified Partner program organizes Associate, Select and Expert tiers around monthly installation performance rather than traditional purchase volume, with partners earning additional value as installations increase.
• Sales and marketing benefits: Partners receive homeowner leads, customizable marketing assets, SPIFFs and installation and sales training. Select and Expert partners gain additional access to consumer promotions and marketing matching campaigns, while Expert partners receive enhanced lead generation, a professional video shoot, a public partnership announcement and a seat on Quilt’s Product Council.
