Nominations Open for MCAA/CNA Safety Excellence Awards

Mechanical Contractors Association of America and long-time safety partner CNA are accepting applications for the MCAA/CNA Safety Excellence Awards Program. The annual awards honor MCAA member companies for outstanding safety programs and innovative safety initiatives.

To qualify, submit an application by Jan. 30 and include the following:

• A 2025 safety and health program description and why it deserves recognition
• Details of an innovation that helped achieve exceptional safety performance during the year.

New this year, category sizes have been updated to keep up with the changing landscape of the industry. Companies will be grouped into five categories based on total hours worked, with one winner selected in each category:

• Category 1: 0-200,000 hours
• Category 2: 200,001-500,000 hours
• Category 3: 500,001-1,000,000 hours
• Category 4: 1,000,001-1,500,000 hours
• Category 5: 1,500,001 + hours.
