A. O. Smith University Offers Comprehensive Training on Broad Range of Water Heating Solutions
A. O. Smith has announced the schedule for its September university classes to educate professionals on water heating solutions. The schedule changes monthly and offers free sessions on a variety of topics, including residential electric water heaters, commercial gas water heaters and tankless water heaters.

The September classes will also highlight residential heat pump water heaters. The course will provide details on application requirements, duct kit installation, condensate pump installation, troubleshooting and more.
The university’s broadcast studio in Ashland City allows instructors to provide real-time, full-scope demonstrations. Classes are taught on a two-way meeting platform, and there is a 50-person cap placed on all sessions to ensure participants have a high level of engagement with instructors along with the opportunity to ask questions.
