Zurn Elkay Expands Line of Top Mount Exposed Sensor Flush Valves

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions launched an update to its line of exposed sensor flush valves with new Zurn Top Mount Exposed Sensor Flush Valves With Ceramic Gear Technology.

This flush valve collection rises above the rest by using ceramic gear technology instead of solenoids. Its combination of gear-driven ceramic cartridge operation and an AquaVantage thermoplastic elastomer diaphragm provides superior reliability, precision and efficiency while outperforming solenoid-operated models for low maintenance flushing.

For reliable operation, choose between battery-operated units or hardwired options with battery backup (with the suffix -HW); both versions work even when electricity goes out. The true mechanical override button allows for manual flushing when on-demand operation is needed. An optional 24-hour line flushing feature can be enabled to minimize stagnation and maintain fixture trap seals that protect against sewer gases.
