Bryant Convenes its Third Annual Women in HVAC Event

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — As part of its longstanding effort to foster inclusivity and create an environment where women can excel in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry, Bryant Heating & Cooling is holding its annual Women in HVAC event this week. Bryant is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies.

The event, which has tripled in size since 2015, welcomed 160 women from the United States, Canada and Mexico for three days of leadership and business development training, best practice sharing and fellowship.

Women were nominated to attend the three-day workshop from throughout the Bryant organization as well as from its distributor and dealer channel.

The event features programs on personal and professional development, as well as networking and focuses on growing the Bryant brand by enhancing the vital business relationships that many of the women have.
