Harris Becomes Factory Authorized Systems Integrator for Distech Controls
Harris is now the factory authorized systems integrator for Distech Controls serving the Bellingham, Washington area and the Pacific Northwest. Harris is the only authorized systems integrator for Distech outside of Seattle, Washington.
The company showcased its ability to bring together component subsystems into a whole and ensure the subsystems function together at a recent open house where its building automation demo trailer was also on display and used to teach customers the intricacies of building automation solutions.
Harris’ new general manager of service + building automation, Stewart Good, was also introduced. Good has extensive industry experience in the Bellingham area, including industrial refrigeration service + construction.
The Distech systems integration solution complements the company’s approach to providing heating, cooling and plumbing systems out of its Bellingham regional office. The mechanical contractor also provides programs that include 24/7 emergency service, preventive maintenance, open-protocol controls systems and Telemetry, which predicts problems before they turn into bigger issues thereby extending the life of a building’s equipment, reducing energy spend and reducing the likelihood of breakdowns.
