SMACNA Launches 97th Chapter—Hawaii
CHANTILLY, Va. – SMACNA, an international trade association representing 3,500 contractor firms specializing in the sheet metal and HVAC industries, has launched its 97th chapter, SMACNA Hawaii.
The chapter covers the entire state and represents more than 40 contractor firms. All totaled, these firms employ more than 500 union Hawaii sheet metal workers and hundreds of additional construction-related personnel.
SMACNA Hawaii represents the management of unionized sheet metal and air conditioning contractors and provides member services that encompass labor relations, legislative advocacy, education and training and industry promotions.
