IAPMO, ESPRI Seek Input on Manual of Water Quality for Plumbing Industry Professionals and Building Managers
The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and the Environmental Science, Policy, and Research Institute are seeking the public’s initial input for development of the Manual of Water Quality for Plumbing Industry Professionals and Building Managers.
This publication provides basic guidance to help plumbing system design engineers, building owners and water system managers obtain important information from their water suppliers (public water systems; water suppliers or purveyors) to help design, install and manage potable water systems that maintain water quality all the way to the end users while simultaneously protecting the pipes, fittings, fixtures and other components that make up these systems.
IAPMO encourages the industry to provide comments to the latest draft, which can be obtained here: iapmostandards.org/standards-development/iapmo-industry-standards/20-day-public-review
